Quick tip about those tight screws that hold the carb cover on. When you finally get them off, replace them with allen head cap screws that are just a smidgen longer. Use them with lock washers when you put it back together. If you ever have to take it apart again, you won't be using as much creative language to get them out. Also, pay attention to the diaphragm. It has a little tab on the side of it that fits in a matching slot on the top of the carb. If you don't get the tab in it's slot, it'll probably leak and cause problems.
